Some of you may have noticed that we are changing the way that we do the annual renewal of our 365 Comfort Club Memberships, and we wanted to give the rest of you a “heads up” of what you can expect this year!
In the past, we mailed a form letter to notify you that your annual maintenance plan was getting ready to expire, along with an invoice. We realized this probably wasn’t the best way to treat our FAVORITE CLIENTS and decided to add a personal touch by picking up the phone and calling you!
We will schedule your appointment during this call and you won’t have to pay us until the day the technician is there to perform the service. For those of you that are hard to reach by phone, no worries, we will email or snail mail a reminder 🙂
