What's the difference between a regular check up and the tune ups I get as a 365 Comfort Club Member?
A check up is a basic operations check of either your furnace or air conditioner. This basic check up does not include cleaning or checking any air quality equipment, such as humidifiers or air cleaners.
The 365 Comfort Club Professional Tune-Up and Cleaning is a comprehensive 32-point inspection of your furnace or air conditioner. It also includes a cleaning of the unit being inspected. Additionally, the tune up includes checking that any air quality equipment your home has is operational for the season.
When and how are the tune ups scheduled?
A member of our customer care team will attempt to contact you via phone, email, or mail to schedule your tune ups. We try to schedule the tune ups at six month intervals. We schedule tune ups Monday – Friday between 8AM and 5PM (and have limited appointments after 5 pm and on Saturdays).
If you have not heard from us or if you have a specific day that would work for your tune up, please feel free to give us a call to schedule. You can also preschedule your next tune up with the technician that comes to your home.
How do I make the monthly payments?
Monthly payments are made via credit/debit card automatic withdrawals. Your first payment will be accepted when you sign up for the plan and then each additional payment will be automatically processed each month of the plan term. You must provide the office or technician with a signed enrollment form that includes your card information.
Please note only the Precision and Premier plans can be paid for monthly. However, we can make arrangements to break the Platinum plan fee into 2 equal payments spaced 30 days apart. You must provide a credit/debit card for this payment plan as well.
What if I miss a tune up?
Your membership’s tune up visits never expire. If you’ve missed a tune up, your account will be noted that it is still owed to you. However, please keep in mind that the other benefits of the plan will expire at the end of the plan term.
If you have an existing manufacturer’s warranty on your equipment, the manufacturer can require proof of annual maintenance on each piece of equipment before honoring their warranty. If we miss a tune up, this may void your warranty and you may end up with issues down the road as a result.
What if I move during my membership?
If you move during your membership, you will have two options.
1) If you move within our service area, you can transfer the plan and any remaining tune ups to your new home. Just call our office at the time of your move and let us know your new address and we will transfer the plan.
2) You can gift the plan and any remaining tune ups to the new owner of your home. Just call our office and inform us of your plan to gift the membership and provide us with any information your may have about the new owner and we will contact them with the details of the membership.
How do I renew the membership?
You will be informed by phone, email, or mail when it is time to renew your membership. At that time you will have 3 different renewal options.
1) You can set up an appointment for your first tune up and pay the technician that comes to your home
2) You can call the office and pay over the phone with a debit/credit card
3) You can mail us a check for the renewal

Santa Fe was out today and took care of my A/C. If you don’t have the Santa Fe service plan and you live in Gardner Kansas, you need to call them on Monday to set up an inspection and get a plan started today. It has saved me twice this year. Thanks Santa Fe for taking care of us this year!
