Santa Fe Air repair trucks are stocked full of the highest quality parts for all brands and models of heating systems. When we repair a furnace, boiler or heat pump, you can rest assured that it will last.
- Our workmanship is guaranteed for a year, and most of our repair parts come with extended manufacturers’ warranties.

Are You Sure Your Furnace is Broken?
Not all sounds, smells, poor performances, and other furnace malfunctions require a repair service. Try these tips before calling Santa Fe Air:
- If you smell gas, do not turn on light switches. Leave the house and call the gas company first, then call Santa Fe Air.
- Check the thermostat to make sure it is set to the “Heat” position.
- Check the electrical breaker box. If the breaker is tripped, try resetting it. If it immediately trips again, do NOT reset. Call Santa Fe Air for service.
- Make sure the furnace door is securely in place. There is a safety switch that turns the power off to the furnace if the door is removed.
- If your furnace has PVC plastic pipes, make sure there is no snow or foreign objects blocking the pipes.
- Check the air filter. Dirty filters can restrict the airflow, causing the furnace safety switch to trip, leaving you in the cold.
- Is there water leaking around the furnace? If you have a condensating furnace, the type with the PVC plastic pipes, the drain hose is probably plugged. Try clearing the blockage by blowing into the end of the tube. This will usually clear the blockage.
If you were unable to fix the problem with these solutions, call Santa Fe Air for immediate service.
